Amazing customer service & bounce house rental!! From start to finish, Bounce 'N Putt were extremely responsive and helpful in setting up a bounce house rental for my son's 1st birthday. 2 staff members (apologies I didn't catch your names!) arrived on time to set up, gave us a full tour & complete instructions on proper use & troubleshooting and then arrived on time to pick up. Two years, two birthday parties cancelled due to inclement weather.

And both times, Bounce and Putt has worked with me to postpone or re-schedule our rental, keeping our credit intact.  Their customer service in this respect has been smooth and stress-free. Amazing service!!! Worked perfectly around our schedule and also came exactly when scheduled.
Very friendly fast and direct with instructions.

My experience with Bounce ‘N Putt was exceptional. The owner and his staff are responsive, professional, and more than capable of assembling an entertainment experience for kids that is unmatched. We used Habib and his company for our annual Easter event , and he did not disappoint the children. We ordered the bouncy house, and the equipment was sturdy, safe, clean, and very durable.  The staff even provided a brief, comprehensive tutorial on how to use the equipment to ensure the safety of all. I would definitely use this company again! I would highly recommend using this business for your party.    The owner was so thorough in answering all of my questions and he was very accommodating when I had to move my reservation due to a weather issue. I can’t thank him enough. The bouncy house was very clean and in excellent condition. It was a major hit with the kids! Thank you!!
